Every so often in British politics, someone arrives who seems to say exactly what a lot of people have been thinking privately for years, and in Rupert Lowe’s case, that moment appears to be now.

Here comes the next giant scam being rolled out in plain sight: the so-called “Antimicrobial Resistance” (AMR) crisis.

Anyone who has travelled around our beautiful planet, recognises the insanity of attempting to apply a global approach to city or town infrastructure.
